Based on International Coaching Federation principles, this 8 hour program equips leaders with practical coaching skills, tools, and frameworks they can apply directly with their teams. The program is designed to support stronger communication, improved performance, greater accountability, and a more coaching focused leadership culture.
Leadership Development Programs
Leadership development programs help strengthen how leaders think, communicate, and lead within their organization.
We work with leaders to build practical capability that creates better decision-making, stronger team performance, and more effective leadership in day-to-day situations.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who delivers the coaching and leadership training?
Our executive coaching and leadership training is delivered by ICF-certified coaches with ACC, PCC, and MCC designations. Our coaches bring experience in leadership, workplace dynamics, team development, and organizational change.
How do you match the right coach or facilitator?
We consider both the individual or team receiving support and the organization’s goals. That includes the leader’s role, the team or workplace context, the type of support needed, and the outcomes the organization is hoping to achieve. Fit matters, so we are thoughtful about who we recommend and why.
Can coaching support both individuals and teams?
Yes. We support individual leaders and employees through one-to-one coaching, and we also work with leadership teams, departmental teams, and intact teams. The format depends on what the organization is trying to support and what would be most helpful.
How do goals, updates, and confidentiality work?
We work with the organization to understand the goals of the coaching or leadership development work and provide general updates on progress and engagement. Individual coaching conversations remain confidential so the person receiving coaching has space to work honestly and productively.
Are coaching and leadership programs customized?
Yes. Coaching and leadership programs are tailored to the individual, team, and organization. We work with you to understand what is needed and shape the experience so it feels relevant, practical, and useful.
Do coaching sessions take place virtually or in person?
We offer both virtual and in-person options depending on location, team requirements, and organizational preferences. We can also provide a blended approach when that makes the most sense.
